This course is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of the basic principles of servant
leadership, blending leadership theory with practical biblical insights. We will delve into the philosophy
of servant leadership, focusing on leading like Jesus. The course structure encompasses a journey
through two internal domains—the motivations of our heart and our leadership perspective—
highlighting how these aspects, although initially internal and possibly concealed, play a critical role in
defining our leadership style. Additionally, we will examine two external domains: our public leadership
behavior and habits, as perceived and experienced by others. This exploration will reveal how these
outward expressions of leadership influence the way others choose to follow us. By bridging the internal
and external facets of servant leadership, the course aims to equip participants with a holistic approach
to embodying leadership that truly serves.
